Using this website
Fonts and illustrations are served with the website. Optional Google Analytics is explained below; it is off unless you allow it. We do not enable advertising features in this integration.
When the website is hosted, the hosting provider may process technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the service.
Optional analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and improve this website. Google receives information about page visits, your browser and device, and cookie identifiers. The Google tag loads only after you allow analytics.
You can reject analytics and continue using the site. Choose Cookie settings in the footer to open your preferences. Necessary storage remembers your choice; analytics is optional and off by default. You can switch analytics off and save, or choose Reject all. Rejecting after previously allowing analytics stops collection by this integration and removes its analytics cookies from this browser.
Your choice is stored in your browser and remains valid for 180 days. If your browser prevents us from saving it, you may be asked again. When allowed, Google’s _ga and _ga_13NTF6H994 cookies are configured to expire after 180 days without extending that period on each visit.
The page and referrer addresses supplied by our integration omit query strings and fragments. We do not send enquiry-field contents through our analytics code. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in this integration.

Enquiries
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, business name, team size, the service you are interested in and a message, and asks you to confirm that you have read this notice. A hidden field catches automated submissions; it holds nothing about you. Please do not submit employee records, health details or information about individual disputes through it; if a matter needs those, we will agree a secure way to share them once an engagement is in place.
We use what you send to reply to you, to understand whether we can help and to prepare a proposal. The lawful basis is that these are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business and keeping a record of our correspondence. We do not use enquiry details for marketing without asking you first, and we do not sell or share them for advertising.

- Hosting and security: Cloudflare hosts the website and runs the form. It processes the submission and technical information needed to deliver and protect the service. Our form code passes the message to the email delivery service without keeping a separate enquiry database.
- Email delivery: Resend sends the enquiry to the mailboxes used by our team.
- Mailbox storage and correspondence: Google (Gmail) stores messages delivered to the Gmail accounts used by team members handling enquiries.
The links explain each provider’s privacy practices, including its use of other service providers and disclosures required by law.
We keep enquiries for 12 months from our last contact with you, so that we can pick up a conversation that resumes. If an engagement follows, the engagement agreement sets the retention period for its records. Technical logs held by Cloudflare to deliver and protect the service are kept for a short period under Cloudflare's own retention rules.
Where information is processed
Soft Giants OÜ is established in Estonia, which is in the European Economic Area, and we do not currently have an office or representative in the United Kingdom. Cloudflare, Resend and Google (for Gmail and, if you allow it, Analytics) may process information outside the EEA and the UK, including in the United States. Their published transfer terms describe their use of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension, and standard contractual clauses where applicable. Your rights and contact
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, and object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where it applies, you can also ask for your information in a portable form. We answer within one month.
