WHAT THE PRICE COVERS

The detail behind the fee.

One employing business in England, Scotland or Wales, with one main employment contract type. We agree the documents and processes before starting; multiple entities, contract types or more complex arrangements need a separate quote.

What does the £295 review cover?

We agree up to 5 documents (40 pages combined) and 3 relevant staff-record samples, then walk through the associated processes. For example, this might be your main contract template, selected policies and records showing how you handle starters or reviews. We agree the specific records needed and minimise personal information.

The written report separates current gaps, evidence of everyday practice and preparation for upcoming changes. It includes priorities, suggested owners, sources and review dates, followed by a 45-minute findings call.

A sample shows where to look next; it does not establish compliance across every employee or obligation. The report records what was reviewed, what was missing and what remains outside scope. Document updates are a separate implementation project.

What can we get implemented for £995?

The starting project includes up to 3 agreed document or policy updates, 1 workflow with a checklist and owner, a 45-minute manager handover and 1 consolidated round of revisions. For example: update your offer letter, main contract template and starter checklist, then put the onboarding workflow and review dates in place.

We scope the work before you commit and agree a delivery schedule once the required information and approvals are available. You can bring an existing action plan; a paid review is not compulsory.

The starting price covers a focused project using your existing employment arrangements. A full handbook rebuild, bulk staff-file clean-up, additional workflows or wider training need a separate fixed quote. Changes to employment terms may need consultation and agreement.

How does the review credit work?

The £295 review fee is credited once against implementation for the same business if you accept the project within 60 days of receiving your review report. The project price is the total before that credit: a £995 project leaves £700 to pay after a paid review. There is no obligation to continue, and the credit does not apply to monthly support.

How does the monthly allowance work?

The fee and the hours follow your team size, so the allowance tracks the number of starters, leavers and questions a business of that size produces.

Ongoing support for teams of 10–49 employees
Team sizeMonthly feeHours included
10 to 14 employees£2952 hours, including the 30-minute check-in
15 to 29 employees£3953 hours, including the 30-minute check-in
30 to 49 employees£4954 hours, including the 30-minute check-in

Routine work might be updating an agreed template, following up missing acknowledgements or maintaining starter, review and leaver records. The report shows completed work, time used, outstanding decisions and relevant upcoming changes.

The time allowance covers all work for your business: the check-in, routine queries and updates, follow-up, checking relevant changes, including ICO and Acas guidance on AI at work, and reporting. The tier follows your headcount at the start of each month. Unused time does not roll over. We flag capacity before it is used up and agree a separate quote before any extra work.

Routine queries receive an initial reply within 2 working days, with a completion date agreed for the work. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales. This is a scheduled support service; urgent employee cases and out-of-hours cover are outside the package.

The agreement runs monthly, with 30 days’ written notice to end and fees due during the notice period. Any final part-month fee is prorated. A review, or equivalent recent findings, establishes the starting point. Any initial clean-up is agreed and priced separately.

What sits outside these packages?

Payroll and pensions administration, immigration advice, specialist health and safety, investigations, redundancy or TUPE projects, tribunal representation and legal-expenses insurance are outside these packages. We identify where separate specialist support is needed; third-party services are not included. We check AI use policies, vendor contracts, records and staff briefings against ICO and Acas guidance; we do not select, test or certify AI products or assess a tool's accuracy or bias.

Substantial policy rewrites, staff-file backlogs, additional training and work beyond the agreed allowance need their own quote. Nothing extra is charged without your agreement.

BEFORE YOU ENGAGE

Before you decide.

What size of business is this for?

For agencies, consultancies and IT service businesses with 10–49 employees and no dedicated HR team. The published packages assume one employing business and one main employment contract type. Published packages and monthly tiers cover teams of 10–49 employees. Fewer than 10 or 50 or more? You are welcome to enquire; we will confirm whether we can help and agree a separate scope and quote. The published monthly tiers do not apply outside 10–49 employees. Several entities or more complex arrangements also need an agreed scope and quote.

Do we need to change our HR software?

We start with the systems you already use. Any recommended changes and additional software costs will be explained in your proposal.

Does this guarantee legal compliance?

We help identify gaps, implement agreed improvements and maintain practical processes. A sampled review cannot certify the whole business, and no service can guarantee the outcome of every employment situation. The employer remains responsible for its decisions and obligations.

Can you support a business in Northern Ireland?

The published packages cover England, Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland or overseas employment arrangements need separate consideration and are outside this launch scope.
